Enrolment at Parkwood Green

The Victorian Prep enrolment process explained.

Enrolment Form		Collect and Complete an Enrolment Form, available from the school or download a PDF copy by clicking here.
Proof of Age		Locate your child's birth certificate or passport to prove they turn 5 years of age on or before 30 April of the year they commence preps.
Immunisation History		Locate your child's Immunisation History Statement that includes the statement 'This child has received all vaccines required by 5 years of age'. Click here to see a sample. Statements can be obtained from any Medicare Office or by logging onto the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register at the Medicare website.
Bring Your Documents In		Bring all documents as outlined above to the school to enrol your child.

Tours

Optional 30-40 minute walk and talk tours are conducted for families by Principal Class members during terms 2 and 3 each year. Bookings are essential.

* Parents of children born overseas must provide a copy of the passport bearing the child's name, so that visa classifications can be recorded.
